Professional Consulting

Sherri Caso has been in education for over 17 years. She has taught in General Education, Special Education and in small group settings for over 12 years. She has been a Coach, Director of Curriculum and Instruction and an Assistant Principal. She believes deeply in equity and is an ally. Sherri Caso has led affinity groups and works toward ensuring that the organizations she works for are anti-racist. She is certified in Special Education, Elementary Education, and has her National Board Certification in Literacy. Sherri Caso also has her School Building and School District Leadership certificates. She is a service leader and believes strongly in inspiring others to lead. Ms. Caso has become fluent in technology and knows how to leverage it to maximize instruction for in-person learning. Data is a consistent tool that she uses to develop academic plans, create professional development calendars from, and base coaching sessions on. Another strength that Sherri relies on is communication. It is important that her school community feels heard and Ms. Caso is responsive to their needs.
